Our strapping is constructed from high-tensile polyester fibres encased in a durable coating. Unlike traditional steel strapping, this pallet strapping provides a superior retained tension and excellent shock absorbency, ensuring your cargo stays secure—even under the toughest conditions and/or when your load expands or contracts.
The unique fibre structure is designed to retain integrity—even if the strap is nicked or lightly damaged during handling.
The main standout advantage of our strapping is its superior safety profile. There are no sharp edges or recoil hazards.
Our polyester pallet strapping is available in sizes ranging from 13mm to 32mm. System strengths range from 480kg – 2.600kg.

You only need 1 tool to apply composite pallet strapping. Cordstrap strapping tools are the highest quality strapping tools available in the market. We offer manual, battery-powered and pneumatic strapping tools.
For strapping small bundles, we have developed and manufacture a unique tool to strap small bundles. This tool allows you to quickly strap even the smallest round bundles while providing high tension. It is available in a manual and battery-operated version.
We provide fast-turn around in-house service and repairs on our strapping tensioners.
