The Benefits of Branded Strapping

Cordstrap composite strapping

When you build your brand, what is often overlooked and at the bottom of the to-do list is packaging.

Especially when you ship large generic and/or engineered products on pallets. Yet, branded packaging is one of the simplest and most effective ways to boost your visibility. Using a heavy duty, custom printed pallet strap will help you achieve this.

We have great news for you! Cordstrap composite strapping, which is stronger than steel strapping, can be branded. Best of all, it does not need to be more expensive than unbranded strapping.

Imagine the strap on your pallets having your company name and logo printed all over them. This will make your pallets stand out. Especially, when being transported by third party transport companies.

Everyone on the road will notice your product!

What Is Branded Strapping?

Composite cord strapping is a white strapping that is stronger than steel strapping. It is made of polyester fibres that are corded together and embedded in a poly propylene coating. We can customise this strapping system with your logo, slogan, website, phone number or any other details, in any colour scheme, you would like to stand out. Branded strapping can be as subtle or grand as you want.

Stand out from your competitors

It takes multiple impressions to create brand awareness. Strong, consistent visual identity will set you apart every time. Branded strapping is a cost-effective way to achieve this. Receiving products with branded strapping shows your customers they are receiving high quality products from a company that cares.

Protect your products

The highest quality branded strapping

Better strapping results in a better customer experience. Cordstrap composite strapping is the highest quality and strongest composite strapping system in the market. Our products are in-house manufactured and our branding process stands out from our competitors. Other companies will simply just stamp your strapping at the end of the manufacturing process. This means the stamp will be printed on the outer layer of the strap, which is the polypropylene coating. This leads to bleeding and early fading, the opposite of what you want! Our unique way of branding your strapping is that we print your strapping before we add the polypropylene coating. This means no bleeding or fading. Unlike other companies who can only provide branding in one colour, we can work with multiple colours, resembling your company’s true identity and branding.

Added Security

Branded strapping is unique and practically impossible to replicate. This reduces the risk of your products being tampered with, or replaced, whether this is at cargo terminals, sorting depots or war zones (ammunition). For this reason alone, many defence forces around the world partner with Cordstrap and use branded and coloured Cordstrap strapping.

How do I get customised printed strap?

We don’t charge extra for custom printed strapping. However, there is a minimum order quantity of 60 rolls of strapping (30 cartons). After you have submitted your artwork files, our team will create your print plate. There will be a small one-time fee for the design of these plates. The lead-time is between 8-12 weeks.

We specialise in alternatives for steel strapping. Our solutions are DNV/GL certified. Since 1965, when Cordstrap was the first company to invent an alternative for steel strapping, we have been global market leader in cargo securing systems. Other companies in Australia are mainly resellers, importing inferior strapping and buckles, often from various suppliers. This results in an inconsistent strength and quality. Cordstrap composite strapping continues to be the highest quality, consistent, composite strapping available in the market.
