Strapping Solutions
Stronger than steel strapping
Corded or Composite strapping is used to secure items to pallets or to unitise them. A safe strapping system that gives you the strength you are used to from your steel, but is safe to apply and remove.
Cordstrap is the perfect system system to use in your mining stores or warehouses, or as a supplier to mine sites.

High retained tension & shock absorbent
Unlike steel strapping, Cordstrap is shock absorbent. Road conditions to and from mine sites are often rough. Products are picked up and put down multiple times.
Cordstrap absorbs these impacts without elongating or breaking.

Non-abrasive & non-corrosive
Cordstrap is non-abrasive. You can apply it directly to your coated products. You can also apply Cordstrap on products with sharp edges. When edges are razor blade sharp, we recommend some form of edge protection. We provide plastic corner pieces, but of course a piece of card board will do the trick as well.
The high flexibility of Cordstrap makes it versatile and easy to apply on odd-shaped products.

CornerLash is an innovative solution that secures heavy loads of up to 30 tons in containers, within a matter of minutes. This is achieved by using the strongest part of the container – the corner post.

Dunnage bag solutions
Unique fast-inflation re-usable valve
Cordstrap’s superior polywoven dunnage bags are used to fill voids inside containers. They are far more economical, faster and easier to apply, and remove, compared with wood blocking and bracing.
Cordstrap bags are highly puncture and moisture resistant. They maintain their strength during an entire trip, with independent tests showing them to provide the most secure solution.
Our bags are available in a wide variety of standard sizes. We can also customise them to match your individual requirements.
Flatrack solutions
When securing cargo on flat racks you have to keep in mind that the maximum workload capacity of the lashing points is 5,000kg. For flat racks, most commonly Cordlash 32mm, Cordlash 40mm and Cordlash 50mm are used. These systems are a superior alternative for ratchets, chains and steel wire/rope.
Cordlash is easy to install and remove and the most protective and cost-effective securing system for flat racks.

This type of dynamic cargo securing utilizes heavy-duty polyester lashings that facilitate securing, and will not damage cargo during the voyage. We offer heavy duty polyester lashing systems with strengths of up to in excess of 20,000daN.
