Cordstrap is the strongest of all non-metal strapping systems and flexible to work with any shape. Size for size Cordstrap is even stronger than steel strapping. We custom colour and print this strapping for various Defence Forces. Custom printed/coloured strap is unique and makes it easy to identify if pallets have been tampered with.

Lashing & Dunnage Solutions for Containers
Container lashing systems
Securing cargo in containers can be challenging due to the wide variety of types, sizes and weight of cargo that is transported by the Defence Forces. Artillery, Pallets, Crates, Vehicles and anything in between. One solution that can secure all types of cargo is key in this situation. The Cordstrap lashing system can be used for securing all cargo inside shipping containers. It is a cut as you go system, so there is no waste.
Container spaces are small and it is often difficult to move around in the tight spaces. With our container lashing system you have more freedom to move around in such tight spaces, as it allows the you to decide where to place the buckle and tension the strap (instead of being limited by the ratchet on a ratchet strap).

Dunnage Bags
Secure and stabilize container loads
Dunnage bags provide a highly effective alternative to timber for blocking and bracing cargo to prevent load movement during transport. They are quick and simple to install, inflate fully within seconds, and can be easily removed and disposed of after use. In addition, they are fully recyclable, making them a practical and efficient solution for modern logistics operations.
Our dunnage bags are specifically designed to secure and stabilise cargo in shipping containers, closed rail cars, trucks and marine vessels. To suit a wide range of applications, we offer an extensive selection of sizes, including square dunnage bags for more specialised load configurations with greater voids.
CornerLash®
Traditionally, cargo inside shipping containers is secured using the lashing points located on the container floor and ceiling. However, these points are often not designed to handle heavier loads. Floor lashing points are typically rated to around 1 ton, while the ceiling lashing points are generally rated to only 500 kg.
CornerLash provides a far more robust solution by utilising the strongest structural part of the container — the corner posts. By securing cargo to these points, CornerLash allows you to achieve significantly higher load stability and a much more reliable cargo restraint system, particularly when securing heavy or demanding loads.

Lashing Solutions for Flat Racks and Vessels
Cordlash Woven Lashing Systems & Corner Lashing Plates

For oversized crates or cargo without standard lashing points, our engineered Corner Lashing Plates deliver a unique solution. They instantly provide 5t and 10t lashing points, enabling direct lashings instead of tie-downs, ensuring heavy loads are secured safely and efficiently.
